Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and deep clean guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and terry.
• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment.
• Sort and process bedding, towels, and housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized laundry facilities.
• Monitor linen inventory and report shortages.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
