Requirements

  • Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented and take pride in ability to create spotless spaces.
  • Self-motivated and work efficiently, whether independently or as part of a team.
  • Friendly and approachable, always ready to provide excellent service to residents and coworkers.
  • Reliable and consistent, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies and can follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms.
  • Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
  • Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair.
  • Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
  • Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.
