About The Position

Chippewa River Industries, Inc. (CRI) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. This position reports to the Maintenance and Grounds Lead and works approximately 25 hours per week.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Take pride in producing quality work
• Follow instructions and safety protocols
• Communicate respectfully with employees, clients, and visitors.
• Able to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting up to 25 pounds, carrying, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment Department of Justice/Caregiver background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms
• Complete scheduled deep cleaning and dusting
• Clean floors, surfaces, and fixtures
• Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Work independently and efficiently to complete assigned duties
