About The Position

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties Perform custodial tasks including cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing various areas within the premises. Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Cook simple meals or prepare snacks for residents or guests when required. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Execute commercial cleaning tasks in business environments while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in residential settings, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized. Skills Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred. Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of proper sanitation techniques. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage. Experience in commercial cleaning settings is beneficial but not required. Attention to detail with the ability to notice areas that require additional care. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
