About The Position

The Bellman is responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome and departure experience for all guests. This role ensures luggage assistance, guest transportation coordination, and property knowledge are delivered with exceptional service standards. The Bellman plays a key role in creating first and lasting impressions while maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changes
• Escort guests to guest rooms and provide a thorough orientation of room features and property amenities
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, events, and local attractions
• Coordinate transportation requests (taxis, rideshares, valet retrieval, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entry, and bell stand areas
• Safely store and retrieve luggage when needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with Front Desk and Concierge
• Deliver packages, messages, and special guest amenities as requested
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards at all times
