About The Position

The Housekeeper will clean, sanitize, and maintain the warehouse building. The Housekeeper and all S&S Activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook. This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm or 11:00 am to 7:45 pm.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to operate a warehouse cart
Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented
Ability to use electronic devices such as tablets, radios, scanners, etc.
Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
Ability to bend, stoop, and twist on a regular basis
Ability to work independently without close supervision and within a team
Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
Ability to communicate, understand, and read in English
Have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required

Responsibilities

Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
Cleans and disinfects kitchen area.
Washes dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
Stocks supplies in bathrooms.
Picks up and empties trash containers.
Notifies management if something is not working properly.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
