About The Position

To provide Housekeeping services and special floor care maintenance throughout campus facilities and in support of university functions to ensure a sanitary and safe environment. Responsible for the care and handling of housekeeping equipment, supplies and assigned keys. Evening shift 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. (M-F).

Requirements

• Knowledge of general housekeeping, cleaning, and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety precautions and work-related directions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move 25 pounds.
• Ability to read/write.
• Ability to work evening shift 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. (M-F) - Essential personnel, emergency call-in, overtime as required.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial or higher education experience.
