Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates and guests in person or via a cellular telephone/radio.
• Must be able to read and understand daily work assignments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 250 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest preferences are placed in the room before guests arrive.
• Complete any guest request assigned by guest services.
• Respond to all guest requests.
• Inform Guest Services after requests are completed.
• Organize supply closets and bring all amenities from the loading dock.
• Press all guest items and return them in a timely fashion.
• Assist housekeeping with any given projects.
• Organization of all closets including housekeeping, houseman, supplies and chemical room.
• Cleanliness of guests hallways and landings, including removing trash and linen.
