This role is responsible for orientating and training all new housekeepers within the housekeeping department. The Room Attendant Trainer will provide feedback to the Executive Housekeeper and Supervisors on the abilities of new team members. The position involves maintaining quality standards, monitoring the daily cleaning and maintenance of rooms, hallways, and linen rooms, and conducting training for all Room Attendants. The trainer is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality assurance of all hotel/tower rooms.
