About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeping Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare, long-term care, hotels, or commercial settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, dining areas, and common spaces.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
  • Empty trash and replace liners.
  • Replenish housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs.
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures.
  • Properly handle and dispose of biohazardous materials.
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
  • Report maintenance concerns, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas in an organized manner.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to residents, families, and visitors.
