About The Position
The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual who can assist in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of Y facilities as a full-time Housekeeping Technician at our Chickahominy Family YMCA location. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is a nonprofit organization with the goal of strengthening the foundations of community. Requirements
- At least one year of experience with custodian work, cleaning and maintenance.
- Knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in custodial work.
- Ability to observe and report needs for maintenance and supplies.
- Dependability, attention to detail and relationship building skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds for the YMCA branch and property.
- Completing cleaning and maintenance assignments.
- May be required at times to work after hours, weekends and holidays.
- Some lifting will be required.
