Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of proper cleaning methods
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in varied settings, with a variety of people, temperatures, and climates.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment
Perform duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.
Monitor and report safety hazards, inoperable equipment, and changes of resident conditions.
Maintain a positive person-centered customer service approach to each individual serviced.
Other duties as assigned.
