About The Position
The Housekeeper role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in assigned areas. This includes cleaning rooms and common spaces, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail — Ability to spot dirt, damage, or missing items.
- Time Management — Complete tasks efficiently within assigned timeframes.
- Physical Stamina — Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, reach, and stand for long periods.
- Reliability — Consistent attendance and punctuality is a must.
- Basic Communication — Ability to follow instructions and communicate issues clearly.
- Must work well with team members.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Housekeeping Experience is a plus! — Hotel, residential, or commercial cleaning.
- Knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals — Understanding of safe handling and storage.
- Customer Service Background — Especially for hotel & hospitality environment.
