Housekeeping Team Member Women's Locker Room (Evenings & Weekends)

About The Position

The Housekeeping Team Member helps keep the club clean, safe, organized, and welcoming. The role covers locker rooms, fitness areas, the spa, the Kids Zone, high-traffic areas, and other parts of the club as needed. The team member operates the laundry room and industrial laundry equipment, greets members, follows supervisor guidance, and contributes to events, programs, and Service Days. This is a part-time position with weekend work and potentially other shifts when needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to walk, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Able to stay on feet and move around during the shift.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Willing to wear a vacuum backpack and operate industrial laundry equipment.
Comfortable working weekends and potentially other shifts when needed.
Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and an eye for detail.

Nice To Haves

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is a bonus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain locker rooms, fitness areas, the spa, the Kids Zone, and other club areas.
Keep high-traffic areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
Operate the laundry room and industrial laundry equipment.
Greet members with warmth and provide helpful, outstanding service to members and guests in accordance with acac’s FiveStar principles.
Follow supervisor guidelines and work with attention to detail.
Assist with club cleanliness in any area as necessary.
Assist with events, programs, activities, and Service Days as assigned by the supervisor.
Attend mandatory Personal Training meetings.
Promptly respond to work-related correspondence.
Arrive on time and ready to work, communicate clearly and respectfully, and maintain a positive attitude.
Read, sign, and abide by the Team Member Handbook policies.
Park in designated team member areas.
