About The Position

A Housekeeping Team Lead is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences by leading a dynamic housekeeping team to maintain a pristine, welcoming environment. You’ll ensure every room, public space, and facility shines with cleanliness and attention to detail. Day and Swing Shift Available.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Prior cleaning experience.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience.
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Performing daily inspections of all guestrooms, public areas, and hotel grounds.
• Reviewing all discrepancies with the appropriate team member, while also re-inspecting the deficient areas prior to updating the room statuses in HotSOS.
• Creating service orders in HotSOS of any damage, broken items, non-functioning lights, and any other item not under the responsibility of the Services Department.
• Training all new Housekeepers and house persons.
• Assigning on-the-job training with inexperienced Team Members.
• Complete Cleanliness Certifications for all new team members before assigning them to areas and recertifying those housekeepers that are currently working in the department annually.
