Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Completes checklists to report the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
  • Identifies room assignments and types of cleaning required for each room.
  • Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper.
  • Identifies the turns and reports to the Manager order to which rooms will be cleaned and ready.
  • Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
  • Enters status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets.
  • Assists all aspects, within the Housekeeping discipline, up to but not limited to cleaning rooms/villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning.
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
