We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who will oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest of standards are upheld.
Part of the Milwaukee-based Marcus Hotels & Resorts portfolio, HOTEL PASEO offers guests a distinctive desert retreat featuring 150 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites, many showcasing breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains and palm-lined landscape. Requirements

• Previous housekeeping management and clerical experience with knowledge of all procedures.
• High school diploma required
• Strong supervisory skills to develop, retain, and lead a quality team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage staff performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in technology, including email, internet, and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and safety procedures.
• Physically able to inspect all hotel areas, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and oversee daily cleaning operations.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assign daily work schedules and monitor room status updates.
• Manage key issuance and inventory at the start and end of shifts.
• Support safety programs, conduct training, and complete accident reports.
• Handle supply requisitions, Lost and Found, and maintain professional standards.
• Answer phones professionally and respond promptly to all requests.
• Foster positive guest and associate relations through courteous and efficient service.
• Other duties as assigned.
