Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with supervisory responsibilities preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Additional training or certification in hospitality management is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning needs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services in a professional manner
