About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor will work with and supervise the housekeeping team to directly impact guests' stays by ensuring sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces. This role works closely with the Housekeeping Management team to ensure all standards are met and guests enjoy a clean and hazard-free stay. The ideal candidate thrives on creating experiences and working in fast-paced environments, possessing skills such as attention to detail, multi-tasking, and a desire to take care of others.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Experience in a similar size hotel (357+ rooms).
Full-service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and feedback for growth.
Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Flexible schedule availability.
Must be able to work weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in both English and Spanish.
