About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. This role involves developing schedules for the housekeeping team, communicating cleaning schedule changes, conducting daily inspections of the interior of the community, coordinating cleaning of rent-ready and move-in-ready apartments, and training new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures. The supervisor is also responsible for hiring and overseeing the housekeeping team.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of housekeeping experience required
• 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services
