Job Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role supervises housekeeping staff and establishes cleaning standards.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of housekeeping experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hotels, resorts, or large facilities
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Ensure team adherence to cleanliness and service standards
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Maintain consistent service quality across all areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
