About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring rooms are maintained to set standards of cleanliness and ready in a timely manner for guest accommodations. You’ll ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming and restful environment for our guests.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous commercial housekeeping experience required.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to work long hours including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience preferred
Bi-lingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate room attendant work performance on an on-going basis and provide praises, feedback, and discipline as appropriate.
Monitor and assist with cleaning, deep cleaning and other related projects.
Maintain a strong professional relationship with other stakeholders within Kalahari to support efficient communication to address issues that may arise.
Assist with training of room attendants.
Resolve guest complaints.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
