About The Position

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist in the successful leadership of the Housekeeping Department, taking ownership of all cleanliness of the guest rooms and the whole hotel. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our guests are provided with comfortable spaces and in creating a memorable experience for each of them. This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a diverse group of colleagues, building engagement and a sense of value for team members. You will conduct daily quality inspections, exercise good judgment, and anticipate guest needs as well as the cleanliness of public and heart of house areas. You will provide feedback and assist in the development of team members' skills, ensuring your team is set up for success. This role may require wearing "many hats," including floor work, office duties, paperwork, and attending interdepartmental meetings. You will monitor quality and guest satisfaction scores, and develop and implement procedures and practices to support your team and positively impact the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the successful leadership of the Housekeeping Department.
