About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department. This role plays a key part in delivering a flawless guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Four Seasons standards of excellence.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role, preferably within luxury hospitality
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in English; second-language skills preferred
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to adapt, multitask, and lead with confidence in a fast-paced environment
Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to Four Seasons standards
Inspect assigned areas and team members’ work to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail
Prepare and manage daily room assignments and verify staffing levels for upcoming shifts
Monitor Traces and special guest requests, reviewing guest profiles and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
Communicate room status, maintenance, and engineering issues, following established protocols for resolution
Maintain accurate and organized housekeeping office records and files
Assist with room cleaning, stripping, and inspections as operational needs require
Support special projects aimed at improving housekeeping products, services, and efficiencies
Foster a collaborative and professional working environment across housekeeping and laundry teams
Escalate concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
