About The Position

The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! This role involves inspecting guest rooms and public areas, communicating needs to Housekeeping staff, following up on guest requests/complaints, and reporting all unsafe conditions immediately.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with people in an effective and patient manner.
• Knowledge of basic Housekeeping daily operations.
• Good decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership and supervisory experience in a similar role in a hotel environment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas.
• Communicate needs to Housekeeping staff.
• Follow up on guest requests/complaints.
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
