NDM is a family-owned hospitality business that started in F&B and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services, and amenities within the vacation rental space. JOB SUMMARY The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for all housekeeping operations for the Margaritaville Resort Orlando. Duties include managing Team Members and ensuring that rooms are cleaned to company standards. Training and motivating team members. Develop and maintain positive relationships with the staff. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores.

- Must have relevant experience in housekeeping (preferably in a supervisory role)

Responsibilities
- Establish work standards and procedures for housekeeping team members and ensure they adhere to it
- Assign duties to housekeepers and inspect already completed tasks to ensure compliance with already stated housekeeping standards
- Personally, carry out housekeeping duties in the case of any form of emergency/urgency, and/or shortage of staff
- Inspect cottages to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenance
- Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and prepare reports on a routine basis
- Responsible for issuing work equipment and supplies to the housekeeping staff/workers
