About The Position

Bridgewater: A Legacy Retirement Community is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead their housekeeping team and ensure the community remains a beautiful, safe, and comfortable place for residents, guests, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with housekeeping and supervisory experience who enjoys coaching a team and upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience required
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead by example and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the workday

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure high cleanliness standards throughout the community
  • Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff
  • Inspect resident apartments and common areas for quality and safety
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members on cleaning procedures and best practices
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to support overall community operations
