The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Housekeeping Department. This role involves maintaining a high quality of services offered to guests through the management of the functional areas of the housekeeping department and adhering to established standards and procedures of Shaner and/or franchise. The supervisor will direct, implement, and maintain a strong service and management philosophy to guide the staff. Key duties include handling guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, training and developing team members, reviewing daily business levels to anticipate and solve critical situations, and assisting staff with their job functions to ensure optimum guest service. The role also requires monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas, and performing housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson functions as needed. Other duties as assigned.
