About The Position

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and support housekeeping staff on daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, stairways, and lounges to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage scheduling for housekeeping shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Address resident and family requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies (floor cleaners, bleach, gloves, etc.).
