About The Position
Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager and/or Director of Facilities, oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the Housekeeping staff to ensure the cleaning public areas in the casino as well as back of house areas. Maintains the confidentiality of all privileged information.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Understanding of safety protocols.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the Housekeeping staff.
- Ensures the cleaning of public areas in the casino.
- Ensures the cleaning of back of house areas.
- Maintains the confidentiality of all privileged information.
