Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of healthcare housekeeping experience preferred
• 2-3 years of housekeeping supervision
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.
• Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment
• Partner with Maintenance to schedule and coordinate apartment turnovers
• Monitor and order all cleaning supplies and paper products, according to budget
• Maintain all daily housekeeping schedules and schedule new requests for housekeeping services
• Update all SDS books in the building
• Monitor all housekeeping services provided
• Hire, train and supervise the housekeeping team, including payroll.
