Requirements

Prior housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel
Lead with integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for service
Strong communicator and team motivator who thrives in a fast-paced setting
Working knowledge of housekeeping systems and safety protocols
Tech-savvy with experience using Word, Excel, and scheduling systems
Can lift up to 25 lbs and are comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift
Flexible and reliable, with availability to work various shifts as needed

Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and lead by example to ensure the highest guestroom and public space cleanliness
Assign room and task duties to attendants based on occupancy, staffing levels, and performance
Monitor progress throughout the day to ensure all rooms are serviced on time and to standard
Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment
Coordinate special cleaning projects, daily room readiness, and linen inventory and distribution
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols
Serve as point of contact for guest requests related to housekeeping—responding promptly and professionally
Step in as needed to assist with cleaning duties and ensure seamless operations
