This role is at Hotel Citrine, Tribute Portfolio in Palo Alto, CA, within the Luxury Hospitality sector of Coury Hospitality in Silicon Valley, CA. Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel
  • Lead with integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for service
  • Strong communicator and team motivator who thrives in a fast-paced setting
  • Working knowledge of housekeeping systems and safety protocols
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Word, Excel, and scheduling systems
  • Can lift up to 25 lbs and are comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift
  • Flexible and reliable, with availability to work various shifts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations and lead by example to ensure the highest guestroom and public space cleanliness
  • Assign room and task duties to attendants based on occupancy, staffing levels, and performance
  • Monitor progress throughout the day to ensure all rooms are serviced on time and to standard
  • Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment
  • Coordinate special cleaning projects, daily room readiness, and linen inventory and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols
  • Serve as point of contact for guest requests related to housekeeping—responding promptly and professionally
  • Step in as needed to assist with cleaning duties and ensure seamless operations
