About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the daily operations of our Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily sign-in/out of master keys/section keys, ensuring proper tracking and security measures are followed.
• Monitor housekeeping productivity by tracking vacant dirty (VD) rooms at specific times and promptly notify the manager of any potential concerns.
• Assign daily special assignments, such as high dusting, low dusting, and coffee pot cleaning, to housekeepers for extra cleaning duties.
• Ensure general cleaning and tracking of bedspreads, tub/tile, and mildew are consistently executed to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Take full responsibility for AAA inspection rooms, ensuring that all designated rooms meet or exceed the required standards set by the AAA guidelines.
