Requirements

Must have 3+ years of resort/ hotel/private club housekeeping experience.
Must have experience with SDS/ Chemical Safety standards & protocols.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet established standards.
Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices for cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and coverage throughout the facility.
Conduct regular inspections of public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support.
Must be able to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
