Requirements

Able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
Be able to maintain the confidentiality of clients receiving services
Approved Background Check
Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC)
Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 6 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. This policy is in place to ensure professional boundaries and avoid potential conflicts of interest.
