About The Position

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is recruiting experienced Housekeeping Staff for a long-term care nursing facility in Titusville, Florida. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, including resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Responsibilities also extend to laundry processing and floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating specialized floor care equipment. On-the-job training is provided, and walk-ins are welcome to apply in person.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Dispose of trash, bio-hazard waste, and other materials.
• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Process the linen for the facility and personal residents clothing.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers.
• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
