Requirements

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• Ability to pass background, drug and driving record check annually, as per company policy and guidelines.
• Must maintain a valid and unexpired driver’s license that meets company driving standards and maintain current automobile insurance and registration.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 years of experience in housekeeping in a hospitality setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maid services, reset/turn clean, touch up cleans.
• Clean, prepare, and pack housewares kits.
• Follow bed bug protocol and procedures.
• Perform housewares delivery and installation, and housewares pick-ups.
• Perform and complete work orders within CWS standards and procedures while using the company’s mobile field service/ERP system.
• Inspect assigned vehicle daily before and after usage, maintain vehicle log, and report any problems to the operations manager. Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Maintain inventory of housewares, cleaning supplies and report to the supervisor of any supply requirements to perform daily tasks. Report to the supervisor of any damaged inventory discovered while performing a service.
• Washing, drying, stain treatment, folding, sorting, organization, and storage of all linen per CWS standards and procedures.
• Travel to business regions to complete job-related tasks as needed including overnight stays.
• Responsible for safety procedures and bring any unsafe working conditions to the attention of management immediately.
