About The Position

This position supervises and coordinates daily cleaning operations and special projects for the shift. The supervisor is responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring amenities are properly placed, and handling guest requests and complaints. They are also accountable for maintaining accurate room status reports, managing cleaning equipment and supplies, and coordinating staffing schedules and activities. Additionally, the role involves promoting positive public relations and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • College degree (may substitute additional experience for degree)
  • Minimum one (1) years of appropriate experience.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
