About The Position
Presbyterian Homes & Services - Boutwells Landing is seeking a Housekeeping Services Manager for its team. The Housekeeping Services Manager reports to the Environmental Services Director. Boutwells Landing is over 100 acres in total, graced with ponds, walkways and rolling parkland for residents and employees to enjoy. Boutwells is a large community that offers the full continuum of care. Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Familiar with the basic principles of sanitation.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated organizational, administrative, leadership and prioritization skills.
- Must have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members and the general public.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the Housekeeping Services staff in order to ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness in work areas, buildings, and grounds consistent with regulations, established policies, procedures and best practices.
- As a member of the site leadership team, the Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure a safe and secure environment while achieving short and long-term goals and objectives for the site.
