About The Position

The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico, from classic and modern luxury hotels to restaurants and entertainment. La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with a history dating back to 1958. Representing the fun "Latino Chic" lifestyle, by offering elegant amenities and a very popular nightlife to all guests. Requirements

Hospitality-oriented.
Must be able to bend, squat, stretch, and lift up to 60 pounds.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
Availability to work night shifts, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. (Shifts start at 10:00 p.m.)
Willing and able to perform basic cleaning tasks.
Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and attend to guest service needs, and thank guests with sincere appreciation.
Deliver any guest requests directly to their room.
Maintenance and cleaning of all equipment used.
Consult with supervisor to determine if any special situations are present to give them immediate attention.
Anticipate and communicate restocking needs.
Know the steps of room service, including preparation of amenities and other related tasks.
Ensure that quality expectations and standards are met.
Be informed about the daily operations of the hotel, review daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be aware of all changes, new procedures, and events.
Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to supervisor.
Complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.
