Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
Verify that housekeeping staff follow proper cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and brand policies
Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
Ensure rooms are fully stocked with required amenities and supplies
Conduct daily quality checks and maintain inspection records or reports
Provide feedback, coaching, and on-the-job training to housekeeping team members
Monitor staff performance and assist with scheduling or task assignments as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to prioritize room readiness
Handle guest requests or concerns related to room cleanliness in a professional manner
Support inventory control for linens, supplies, and equipment
