About The Position

This role involves cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at Harbor View Hotels property to established standards. Responsibilities include changing linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, and fulfilling guest amenity requests. The attendant will also be responsible for loading and organizing housekeeping carts and storage closets, responding to guest requests, and reporting any issues with guest rooms. A key part of the role is inspecting hotel rooms to ensure they have been properly cleaned, along with performing other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Valid US Work Authorization.

• Three (3) months of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or private club.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at Harbor View Hotels property; trained to standards.
• Changing linen, making beds, cleaning the bathroom, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, picking up trash, requesting guest amenities.
• Loading and organizing housekeeping carts and storage closets.
• Responding to guests requests and reporting any issue regarding the guest room that was either noted during service or reported by the guest.
• Inspecting Hotel rooms to ensure properly cleaned.
• Other relative tasks assigned by Manager.
