Requirements

• Minimum one year of hotel Housekeeping Inspector and Supervisor experience
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest room cleanliness standards, and brand quality expectations
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support housekeeping team members while fostering a positive work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience training, coaching, and providing feedback to housekeeping team members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through consistently high cleanliness and service standards
