About The Position
TPI Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant for the Compass by Margaritaville in Naples. This role involves providing friendly and positive guest interactions, maintaining housekeeping carts, cleaning rooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction. TPI Hospitality has over 50 years of experience and operates more than 25 hotels and restaurants across Minnesota and Florida.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Load, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts
- Vacuum, change linens, clean bathrooms, restock amenities, etc.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
