About The Position
The Housekeeping Room Attendant role at Springfield Residence Inn is a full-time position focused on maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. The role involves ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction through meticulous cleaning, restocking, and organization. Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
- Handle linen with care.
- Keep cart and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects.
- Participate in team training when needed.
