About The Position

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves maintaining guest rooms, restocking amenities, managing laundry, and contributing to overall hotel cleanliness and guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Customer service mindset with friendly and helpful attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and rooms are free of dust.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
• Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
• Handle linen with care.
• Keep carts and closets organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed.
