Requirements

- Relevant experience may be considered as an equivalent combination of related experience and education on a 1:1 substitution basis.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes equipment and supplies to clean assigned facility areas and remove waste and recyclables.
- Monitors and secures facility interior and exterior entrances, reports issues to appropriate entities.
- Maintains organization of supply areas and equipment, documents inventory and requests additional supplies as needed.
- Documents and reports repairs, violations and pest control needs.
- Maintains clean and clear entrances to ensure they are free of debris, litter, snow and ice.
- Clock in at scheduled time to clean and sanitize guest rooms.
- Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities.
- Ensure all room equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Clean guest rooms.
