About The Position

We are looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant who's interested in learning about the hospitality industry, is organized, able to work in fast-paced environments and has a strong sense of urgency. The individual should possess strong communication skills, have a friendly and kind demeanor towards colleagues and guests, and who can think outside the box. This position is non-exempt and reports to the Executive Housekeeper. The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $22. Meet Motto by Hilton Washington DC City Center! Requirements

Passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service. This enthusiasm will be apparent from speaking with you.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Open availability required.
Must be prepared to work mostly morning shifts (for example: 7-3:30 pm, weekdays, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness in hotel guest rooms.
Ensure our arriving guests will encounter an impeccably clean, functional, and welcoming room.
Refill guest amenities as needed.
Assist with deep cleaning projects, so the property never feels stale
Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
