About The Position

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves maintaining guest rooms, restocking amenities, managing laundry and linens, organizing supplies, and participating in deep cleaning and special projects as needed. The position requires a customer service mindset, physical stamina, and flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Customer service mindset with friendly and helpful attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and rooms are free of dust.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
• Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
• Handle linen with care.
• Keep the housekeeping cart and closets organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
