This role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and no dust is present. It also includes restocking towels, toiletries, and amenities, sorting laundry, operating laundry machines safely, and handling linen. The position requires keeping the cart and closets organized, and assisting with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
• Customer service mindset – Friendly, helpful attitudes make guest stays memorable (for all the right reasons).
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina – You can lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on your feet for the whole shift
• Flexible schedule – Early mornings, weekends, holidays?

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas—beds made, bathrooms sparkling, and not a dust bunny in sight.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities so guests feel cared for.
• Sort laundry, operate machines safely, and handle linen.
• Keep your cart and closets organized.
• Pitch in with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
